    At Blue Harbor Senior Living our mission is to celebrate the unique qualities of our Residents by providing personalized care and exceptional service in a compassionate environment.


    • Administration of the Special Needs Program as outlined by the Executive Director (ED), Blue Harbor Senor Living, and applicable state and federal laws
    • Supervision and performance monitoring of team members assigned to you, and application of department services to residents in the community
    • Ensure new staff assigned to you are thoroughly trained and that they complete all required orientation
    • Prompt notification to ED of all emergencies and situations beyond the scope of your responsibilities or capabilities
    • Participate on resident orientation and identification of potential changes or concerns within the care plan of each resident



    Education and/or Experience Requirements:

    • Experience working with Residents effected by Dementia or Alzheimer
    • Supervisory Experience
