    Here’s Some Of The Things You’ll Get To Do (you know, responsibilities):

    • Direct day to day operations of the community in a manner that ensures the health, safety and satisfaction of residents and employees alike
    • Maintain community in compliance with all state rules and regulations
    • General management duties including but not limited to: Fiscal management, personnel management, resident services, plant and property maintenance, occupancy development, public and resident relations, and marketing
    • Ensure the Community meets or exceeds budgeted occupancy projections
    • Prepare financial, occupancy development and operational reports or analysis as requested
    • Communicate timely and effectively to Regional Director or CEO any issues of concern that might have negative impact on the community, its residents or employees
    • Recruit, hire, provide orientation, supervise, train, discipline, and terminate staff of the Community
    • Routinely review and evaluate employee performance
    • Exercise professional judgment and adhere to all written standards, policies and procedures
    • Accurately document all personnel related matters
    • Delegate authority to department heads in a reasonable and acceptable manner
    • Present a professional and positive demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each residents’ needs
    • Observe residents’ ability to perform daily ADL’s and social skills, communicate potential difficulties or opportunities to the appropriate team member


    Here’s Some Of The Things We Are Looking For:

    • Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a general manager, executive director, administrator position operating a successful independent living, assisted living, memory care or similar community
    • Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated interest and knowledge about the elderly and their needs and the competency to meet those needs
    • Current certification to be an Administrator
    • Negative Tuberculosis test
    • Clear criminal background check
