    At Blue Harbor Senior Living our mission is to celebrate the unique qualities of our Residents by providing personalized care and exceptional service in a compassionate environment.


    • Manage the move-in process for all new residents. This includes following up with the families, physicians, and the community business office manager to ensure move-in paper work is completed and updates in YARDI
    • Follow up on all inquiries made to the community and help prospective residents and their families navigate the process of selecting a senior housing community
    • Ensure YARDI CRM database is used to track lead generation, current sales activities, prospect readiness, and referral source success in an accurate and timely manner
    • Monitor and maintain lead classifications "hot", "warm", "cold" for all leads database
    • Assist Community Relations Director with sales call and creative follow up planning
    • Provide tours of the community to potential residents and their families and assist them with resolving conflicts and issues related to move-in process
    • Coordinate and maintain supply of welcome baskets for new residents, tour gifts and marketing collateral
    • Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure which units are turned over and available for showing
    • Facilitate mailings and other regular communication with prospective residents in the YARDI database
    • Assist in organizing and promoting special events such as theme parties and educational programs to generate traffic
    • Visit current residents in the hospital and in rehabilitation centers with the combined purpose of PR and opportunity for sales calls
    • Conduct home visits with residents and families as necessary




    Education and/or Requirements:


    • Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales, middle/management position for a retirement community, assisted care community or related enterprise.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Formal education or specialized training in management, marketing, or sales.
