The New Business Director is responsible for growing the Blue Harbor portfolio through acquisition of management contracts and operational leadership of communities in startup or operational transition. This position is one of leadership at Blue Harbor and will work closely with regional and home office support teams. The New Business Director must have a strong knowledge of the industry and solid connections with other organizations in the industry such as REITs, private equity groups, developers, lenders, and other operators.
